| FROM THE GARDEN STATE
PARKWAY |
Take the GSP north to the last exit in New Jersey, Exit 172.
Off the exit ramp make a right turn onto West Grand Avenue. Proceed east on West Grand Avenue
for two tenths of a mile and make a right at the first traffic light onto Mercedes Drive.
Proceed past DePiero's Country Farm on the left for another quarer mile. The Borough Hall
will be the next building on the left; turn into the parking lot just before the building.

| FROM THE NEW YORK STATE THRUWAY (ROUTES 287 & 87) |
Take exit 14A south onto the Garden State Parkway Extension.
Exit at School House Road and make a left off the exit ramp. School House Road becomes
Spring Valley Road as you cross the New Jersey border. Proceed south on Spring Valley
Road to the second traffic light. Make a right, the the high school will be on your left.
Proceed west on West Grand Avenue. Make a left at the first traffic light onto Philips Parkway.
Continue on Philips Parkway for a quarter mile going past the Datascope buuilding on the right.
Make a right turn into the Borough Hall parking lot just past the Datascope building and a vacant lot,
and before the intersection with Mercedes Drive.

| FROM ROUTE 17 AND LAKE STREET |
Proceed east on Lake Street from Ramsey or take Route 17 to the Upper Saddle River
exit in Ramsey which puts you onto Lake Street. Lake Street makes a right turn at the first light after passing over or turning
off Route 17. Follow Lake Street for about four miles east through Upper Saddle River and into Montvale where it becomes West Grand
Avenue. Continue east on West Grand Avenue in Montvale through the traffic light at Chestnut Ridge Road and under the Garden State
Parkway overpass. There is a traffic light at the Parkway exit immediately after the overpass. Proceed two tenths of a mile to the
next traffic light. Make a right at the traffic light onto Mercedes Drive. Proceed past DePiero's Country Farm on the left for a
quarter mile. The Borough Hall will be the next building on the left; turn into the parking lot just before the building.

| FROM KINDERKAMACK ROAD AND EAST GRAND AVENUE |
Take Kinderkamack Road or East Grand Avenue to Montvale
town center. In Montvale town center Kinderkamack Road and Grand Avenue intersect. From the east
continue west onto West Grand Avenue. From the north make a right onto West Grand Avenue. From the
south you are not able to make a left turn onto West Grand Avenue. Proceed north around the park in
the left lane, bear left across the railroad tracks, and then bear to the right to continue onto West
Grand Avenue. Proceed for about two miles, and make a left at the second traffic light onto Philips Parkway.
Continue on Philips Parkway for a quarter mile going past the Datascope building on the right. Make a right
turn into the Borough Hall parking lot just past the Datascope building and a vacant lot, and before the
intersection with Mercedes Drive.
