Property taxes

Property taxes are due February 1, 2026.  Grace period will be to Tuesday, February 10.  Payments received after February 10, interest will revert back to February 1. 

Borough Hall hours are from 8am-4pm Mon, Tues, Wed; Thursday 8am-6pm and Friday 8am -12pm. For your convenience, a dropbox is located curbside by the main entrance of the Library. You may pay online through the borough website at www.montvale.org, or you can mail your payment to the Borough at 12 DePiero Drive, Attn: Tax Collector.

If you would like your bill returned stamped PAID, please enclose your entire bill with payment and include a self-addressed stamped envelope.
