ATTN SENIORS: YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR WAIVED LOCAL CONSTRUCTION PERMIT FEES PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE 170-18
To qualify, you MUST-
1.) Be registered with the State for the Senior Freeze
2.) Include proof with SUBMITTAL OF PERMIT*
*This can be done by submitting a printout or showing confirmation of Senior
Freeze status on the website. Prior year is acceptable if current year is pending.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF WAIVER FORM NOT SUBMITTED AT TIME OF APPLICATION
