GSP Ramp Update - May 2025

The New Jersey Turnpike Authority has been working on the overpasses at Summit Ave and Grand Ave and is anticipating switching the lane closures on the Garden State Parkway within 3 weeks. Additional work is then expected to take approximately 3 months. The NJTA has advised that the GSP ramp at 172 southbound is expected to remain closed through the end of August. If the weather and site conditions cooperate, the hope is that the southbound ramp will be able to be re-opened around Labor Day.
