PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Montvale will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 to commence at 6:00 p.m.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, this special meeting is for the consideration of adoption of Ordinances No. 2022-1523 & Ordinances No. 2022-1524 entitled:

2022- 1523 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOROUGH OF MONTVALE TO ACQUIRE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY KNOWN AS 127 SUMMIT AVENUE, MONTVALE, NEW JERSEY, IDENTIFIED AS BLOCK 1002, LOT 7, ON THE OFFICIAL TAX MAP OF THE BOROUGH PURSUANT TO THE LOCAL LANDS AND BUILDINGS LAW, N.J.S.A. 40A:12-1, ET SEQ.

2022-1524 BOND ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY KNOWN AS 127 SUMMIT AVENUE IN AND BY THE BOROUGH OF MONTVALE, IN THE COUNTY OF BERGEN, NEW JERSEY, APPROPRIATING $4,600,000 THEREFOR AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $4,380,950 BONDS OR NOTES OF THE BOROUGH TO FINANCE PART OF THE COST THEREOF.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, Meeting will be held at the Montvale Municipal Complex, 12 DePiero Drive, 2^nd Floor, Council Chambers, Montvale, NJ.; and

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, ordinances are on file for public view at the Municipal Clerks office; and
